Refund & Cancellation Policy – Viapa AI

Effective Date: September 15th, 2025

 

1. Refund Eligibility

– Wallet Top-ups: Non-refundable once processed by Parallex Bank.

– Espees Conversions: Final and non-reversible.

– Subscriptions/Services: Refunds may be available within 7 days of purchase if service not accessed.

 

2. Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time via account settings. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.

 

3. Exceptions

No refunds for:

– Used or partially used services

– Promotional credits or bonuses

– Fees imposed by payment processors
