1. Acceptance of Terms

Using our services means you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use Viapa AI.

2. Services Provided

– Multi-currency wallet (powered by Parallex Bank)

– Espees digital currency exchange

– E-commerce, delivery, ride-hailing, and social features

– Faith-based community integrations

3. User Responsibilities

– Provide accurate information during registration

– Use services lawfully (no fraud, hacking, or misuse)

– Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

4. Payments & Wallet

– Wallets are powered by Parallex Bank (funds not stored by Viapa)

– Espees can be exchanged back into fiat instantly

– Transactions are subject to fees where applicable

5. Intellectual Property

All platform designs, logos, and technologies belong to Viapa AI.

6. Disclaimers

– Services are provided “as-is” without warranties

– We are not liable for third-party service failures (e.g., Parallex, AWS)

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or unauthorized use of your account.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of terms or illegal activity.
